Orlando, Florida is a totally pretty place. It is legendary for it's beautiful design and warm sun. While Orlando isn't full of historic monuments, there are still some great places to see in person that are definitely worth visiting. So take a trip and revel in the impressive sights Orlando monuments have to give.
Orlando City Hall
This govt. building was built in 1875 and sits on 5 acres of land known as City Commons. This building is really typical of a government building, however it has also got a fascinating architectural design that sets it aside from other govt buildings and therefore makes it one of many interesting Orlando monuments.
Sun Trust Center
This outstanding 35 story building is constructed on 654,678 sq. feet. It has four gorgeous crowning pyramids that give it an especially contemporary vibe. When this skyscraper was finished it was actually the tallest in all of Orlando. Although external viewing is only allowed, this monument is unquestionably worth a visit.
Big Tree Park
This completely shocking park is famous for having the largest trees in The USA. Found in Longwood, Florida this park is a total must see. As you walk through this natural mire land you'll see the "Senator",which is a tree that is said to be 3,500 years old! It was named after Senator H.G. Overstreet. Here you can relax and have a picnic with your family under the shade of these gorgeous trees. WHile not technically of the monuments in Orlando, it is as interesting.
Tupperware Tower
This outstanding 100 foot building located at the Tupperware headquarters is made of only plastic Tupperware bowls! There's no purpose to this building except as a novelty and to show the Tupperware Corporation's position in American history. It is most certainly one of the more interesting monuments in Orlando.
