It's a decision we should take whether to take gas or electricity. The best choice is also depend on cost of local utility units. Relatively gas operated costs more but its comparatively cheap to operate.

Industrial units also use these units but will use the large models. They are costly, heavy duty machines which require high investment and high monthly expenses for maintenance. They will also have to make compulsory maintenance stipulated by the government considering the safety of the employees and the surroundings.

If its electrically operated make sure you are using high quality and proper gauged electrical wires and accessories as it may require high voltage electric circuit which otherwise will burn the circuit which in turn will cause electric short circuit. So it is always better to get proper advice and assistance from any authorized personnel who are in the business for quite a long period.
