A feeling of loss is a difficult process to be in, in a person life. It brings down every active thing in one life ranging from the activities one does to health which may lead to isolation. Loss is the main cause of grief. The stage one undergoes when grieving is a torture kind of because it takes one strength to push on. Grief counseling ri is an advice which should be made known to those are recovering from this feeling.

This process though is a powerful one and should be given the respect it deserves and be left to resolve itself at its own speed. Those giving therapy are not supposed to speed up this process but instead they should accompany the person at the difficulty as he/she recovers. People suffer feeling through so many ways. It may be sickness of a person they most treasure, when they lose a person through death, loss of health well being or even wealth.

Serious losses are the last thing one would ever wish to experience. An example of this is when somebody close is suffering from a disease that has been diagnosed untreatable and can be done nothing but to wait for death. To beat down grieving it is necessary to try a different dimension of life and try and understand oneself feelings so as to be courageous to proceed on with life when still grieving. Including ones brain in the work you do is really vital to evade dangers that may come with stress since no one would ever prefer to be in such a feeling all along without a remedy.

The losses people suffer are of great difference and so treatment of this feeling is not based on any typical models of the levels of grieving but special experience when in the loss state. It is more important to support an individual all through all types of moods he/she encounters which are directly or impliedly related to the loss.

In this time of such a challenge an individual feels worn out and any assistance will be of help to him/her as he makes his way through healing process. Usually the feeling is thought to dwell forever since the healing time may be long. The compassionate support and advice plays a perfect role to ensure one is at ease.

Therapy is given to lessen the physiological torture or symptoms and bring one back to the right state of mind where it is possible to face your tomorrow with courage. Compassionate support is of great need to confirm their experience while showing them you are close to them to share their sorrow and educate them the stages one undergoes when faced by a loss and after all explain to them they are alive for a purpose and a season too.

Mostly these people need someone who can listen to them in their struggle to redefine their dear life. If such a person if available he will help them redefine themselves as they go from one stage of loss to another.
