By Martha Harris

Whenever you see some juicy beef tribe or grilled salmon being served on the table, for sure your mouth will water out of hunger. If not, then you might probably be a vegetarian or maybe simply dislike seafood. Every humans know how foods can bring out any emotions from a person. One might cry after tasting a heavenly dish or perhaps that dish reminds that person some painful memory. One might smile brightly after his stomach got full from what he ate. Since it serves many relevance, people should learn about its proper safety as well as its sanitary process design.

Who says only movies, books or just love your ones can make you feel like you are in love and very elated? Food could also give you that same feeling. You probably have tried it once when you were still a kid. Your eyes were like forming heart-shapes as you saw your favourite chocolate being displayed on the market. It does indeed give you positive feeling and aside from that, negative feelings can also follow.

You heard or witnessed some individuals suffering from diarrhea, cholera, amoebiasis and typhoid fever. Most of the causes are the foodstuffs that they had eaten. That is why, humans must not really be too complacent when purchasing something to eat for their snacks somewhere. You may not know, it might contain some bacteria. And you could not even notice it until suddenly you felt some pain in your stomach.

In that case, everyone must really be aware how important food sanitation is. No wonder restaurant owners would require their chefs and other cooks to observe cleanliness, have some medical background checks and wear hairnets and masks to avoid contamination. It would be a problem if customers got ill after eating. Meanwhile, you also must observe cleanliness too inside your property.

Cleanliness is very crucial. You certainly should keep it as you handle your foods. Make sure that your kitchen is clean as you prepare something for your breakfast, lunch or dinner. As you place it inside your refrigerator, clean the storage regularly too since a dirty fridge would likely contaminate your dishes.

Once you used a utensil like knife after cutting a raw meat, you should clean it afterwards before using it again to cut another food like cakes. Wash your hands properly before touching your foods so those bacteria from your hands will not go unto your food. When storing a leftover, choose a neat container without a foul odor.

Leftovers are surely and usually being stored by many into the fridge. When choosing a container, make sure that it is clean and shut it tightly. Separate again the raw foods from the cooked ones. That way, the smell of the raw ones like your fish will not affect the cooked dishes.

In cooking as well, make sure you have done it thoroughly and fully. Once you are done with cooking, do not place it on an unwashed platter or the platter where your raw fish was placed. Otherwise, contamination will happen. Whenever you stored the leftovers on the fridge, you only have three days to consume it. But if it suddenly smells bad, throw it away immediately.

Food is indeed life. But humans should still be aware of consuming it. Always keep it safe before it harms you.
