Sustenance is the most essential necessity for people. Its absence will form hunger, and people cannot endure this and die eventually. There was a period in life where a man had to depend on berries and vegetables in order to survive. The innovation of farming became the starting point of cereals into that ended up as the primary foundation in the creation of the most liked sustenance. The procedure of creating bread became a wonder and continues to serve demands in bakery Flagstaff up to now.

In the early days, a man wandered around and searched for food. They found edible plants bearing fruits which were the prime source of nourishment. Another substance available during those times was meat since men turned out to be seekers and huntsmen. The unearthing of cultivation developed the existence of cultivated cereals which served as the foremost source of creating one, with precise processes still the same as before.

Human became knowledgeable in distinguishing or determining savors and gratify the stomach needs. The presence of agriculture made it possible since it is the main reason as to why human learned the process of baking. The advancement brought up the idea of farming. This was truly enriched and established just when the fire was able to be controlled.

Flour which is the main ingredient of bread is a product of cereal being grounded into fine form. Early civilization made this possible with the mortar and pestle which pounded the grains into powder form. This was further improved with the taming of beasts of burden which was harnessed to drag grinding stones which resulted in increasing the production of flour.

Another milestone occurred during the middle ages. This was the invention or the creation of windmills which harnessed the power of the wing to turn grinding stones which used to be done by animals. The windmill as the term implies resulted in growth of mills, a facility where grain was ground into flour. This was the beginning of flour mass production.

In contemporary life, baking bread is the result of varying technologies. Large flour mills convert the cereal grains into flour. This is done with the use of modern equipment, processes, and procedures. Producing flour out of grain cereals is now fully automated and mechanized and this has resulted in the reduction of the price of flour.

Equipment used in baking such as oven was only improvised in early days. Firewood was used to produce heat enough for the bread to be baked. There was no proper heat regulator since it only depended on the amount of heat released from flaming firewood. Unlike the modern times, high tech tools are controllable. The thought of modern technology made man truly resourceful.

Every human being has different palates with regards to nourishment consumed. History says that the prime source of food of great advancement counted on it in order for people to survive and satisfy their needs. True enough, a lot of nations still depend on the existence of it, making it a huge contributor to the industry of food and drinks.

Society and cultures have its roller coaster rides. This is due to bad doings including the illegal accumulation of goods that surely upsets the whole production of bread. It is always right to say that food is the basic yet essential need of human. With proper allocation and supervision of people coming from the higher administration, worries are wiped away.
