Organize Your Home

Organizing your home doesn't have to cost an arm and a leg. Many things can be organized with what you already have. Do you feel like you would need a major closet overhaul to get it organized? Well that's simply not true. It is easy to organize and save space with the right hangers. Even if you decide to add an extra hanging bar, it will still only cost around $10. You could be so close to an organized home with neat and useful closets without even knowing it!

Living Room

Your actually don't need too much spaces in living room for your items. Use a basket in order to store remote controls and other small items. Use another basket for books, incoming and outgoing mail. You can also store blankets and pillows by using old trunk. If you don't like to use basket, you can use storage plastic bags or decorative wrapping paper.

Bathroom

The bathroom is usually a mess because the space underneath the cabinet isn't very useful. If you can put some sort of riser under there, you could double the usable space. Coated wire rack shelves for lockers or cabinets are available for around $5. If you have some scrap wood lying around, you can build your own. Put a shelf in the back for things that you don't use very often and tier it down for the things that you use all the time.

Entryway

You can provide some small space for guests to put their personal items such as wallets or keys, and mobile phones and other items that they need to store when they enter your home. If your home is small, you can simply use a folding TV tray. These simple tips can make your guest and yourselves feel more comfortable when enter the house.

Bedroom

Work on your bedroom closets to keep laundry and clothes running smoothly. Use specialty coat hangers to hang swimwear, ties, belts, scarves, t-shirts, and dress clothes. wood hangers are a great option if you need to save money. Cascading hangers save space and coordinate hangers let you put together outfits in advance. These little tricks can save you a lot of time, space and money. Use the space underneath your bed for items that take up too much room in the closet. Suitcases, out of season clothes, and shoes that you don't wear everyday can be kept under the bed.
