With the changes that took place in our society comes the evolution of the various kinds of music as well. New genres are being introduced and the messaging has taken a more societal or personal approach in one way or another. Science fiction music is among those more unique genres that may not be considered as mainstream but has nevertheless played an important part in some other forms of art such as plays.

The way on how they are arranged, the lyrics placed on them as well as the voice of the artist of the song are all important factors that contribute to the popularity of this genre.
