The Anti-Virus OR Anti-Malware Test File

Open Notepad.
Copy and paste the following line into it.

X5O!P%@AP[4\PZX54(P^)7CC)7}$EICAR-STANDARD-ANTIVIRUS-TEST-FILE!$H+H*

Save the file as EICAR.COM

You have just created a virus. ( this is just fake virus just for checking anti virus )

Do not be worried. Its a fake virus because is this is not harmless for your computer and is just for testing purpose. if your antivirus is working perfectly then it should be simple act, otherwise have some problem with your antivirus,, so just open this file and if your anti virus is showing any alert,, and that's mean your anti virus is working fine
